CONSENT

• 1. The Client /hereinafter – the Account Holder/ using the account maintenance services provided by “IDBank” CJSC, by accepting this consent, hereby instructs the Bank that every time, when depositing his/her AMD account with the Bank in order to top up the Idram wallet via automatic self-service devices operating under the software solution of the Idram Limited Liability Company, as well as via automatic self-service devices of other payment and settlement organizations that have concluded an agreement with the Idram Limited Liability Company, without additional acceptance, to direct funds credited to the Account Holder’s current bank account in AMD via automatic self-service devices to top up his/her active account with the Idram Limited Liability Company. At the same time, each transaction and payment order described above will be considered executed by the Account Holder.
• 2. The Account Holder acknowledges and agrees that the Bank will not execute his/her instruction if a restriction is imposed on his/her AMD account (outstanding liablities with the Compulsory Enforcement Service).
• 3. The consent shall be deemed given from the moment of approval of this Consent by clicking the "Sign" button in the Bank’s online system or mobile application (online banking or mobile banking) and entering the PIN-code of the Account Holder registered in the Idram system.
• 4. The Account Holder affirms and guarantees that at the moment of giving this Consent, he/she acts with sound mind, without any delusion and coercion, fully understands and realizes the legal nature and the consequences of the given Consent (including the instruction), acts at his/her own free will and desire.
